Almost impossible to answer this, but: 1-3) The trilogy, 4) The Ecstatic Music, 5) Transfiguration - Live... or not at all. I mean, will you prefer her early sound? Her more avant-garde Impulse period, or the new age/devotional late stuff? Who knows? She's Alice and this is the jazz wonderland...

Right now, I can't get enough of Huntington Ashram Monastery. The track, "I.H.S." is other-wordly-metaphysically magnificent stream of conciousness music that you just don't hear anymore. Incredible.

Lord of Lords might be one of her best albums, highly recommend to those who haven't heard it yet

Alice, John and Pharoah are three of my favorite musicians of all time. Their music is sustenance for the soul. Few things are as sublime as Alice's harp playing.

Beyond enchanting. Her music brings me into a higher consciousness and puts me in a trance.

Dunno if John is within Alice but she's journeyed much further than he ever did, I'd like to think you're doing this together as one.

A truly amazing compilation. Some tracks are so beautiful I can't even (Om Shanti, Journey To Satchdananda, Keshava Murahara).

If you've never heard Divine Songs but want to dig deeper into Alice's sound, check it out streaming in full at http://optimisticunderground.wordpress.com/2014/10/07/alice-coltrane-divine-songs/ really lush stuff that's only been released on cassette as far as I know.
