"Poison Prince" is a song written by Scottish musician Amy Macdonald that was the first single released from her 2007 debut album, "This Is the Life". The lyrics are based on the life of English musician Pete Doherty (Babyshambles, The Libertines) and were written as an ode to the troubled musician.
