Hello listener, my name is Andrew Bond and I write songs. Perhaps you are listening to this on an "X-box" or some other futuristic device. If so, I hope you are enjoying this image of me hunched over a guitar in Budapest that has been rendered in immense size upon your TV screen. May I take this opportunity to complement you on the fine pastel shades you have employed in the decor of your lounge.
As you can probably tell I don't take myself that seriously, which is fine by me. Life is supposed to be fun and games (bits of it anyway), and I aim to communicate that feeling of joy through my music. I am from Blackpool in England but am currently travelling and recording new material over in Perth in Australia. I have been playing instruments and writing and performing various bits of music since I was 6 or 7 years old. Initially I listened to the Beatles, then I discovered a whole pile of other bands. As a means of self-expression you can't beat it.
I have achieved many things as a solo performer but what will the future bring? New and exciting horizons, that's what. I'm still figuring out life on this planet and what my role in all this is exactly but in the meantime, please feel free to enjoy my tunes and check back soon! Thanks.
