Biography
Anna Rosenkilde is a singer-songwriter from Copenhagen, Denmark, playing indie dream pop with art rock inspiration. Her debut EP “Under the Skin of a Skeleton Zebra” was released in early 2010 through the indie record company Strange Ears. It contains poetic lyrics and piano themes that meet filmic sound landscapes.
In May 2012 her first album "White Woods" was released. It contains 11 new songs written and produced by the artist herself, who also plays most instruments on the album. The music is recorded in a small studio in her Copenhagen apartment. It is a blend of melodic alternative pop in odd time signatures, mixed with found sounds and touch of distortion guitar.
