Not bad, instead interesting album and if you try other songs than Got The Time, it is a very like their older albums.

I prefer this to the previous two. Here music is really close to technical thrash metal. Plus, material is more interesting in both ways — lyrically and musically.

Easily my favorite album by Anthrax. Time and Blood are their best tracks period, while Got The Time is one of the best metal covers ever recorded. Really great stuff. People usually consider Among the Living or Spreading the Disease to be the definitive Anthrax album, and while I love both of those records, this is the one for me. It's like their version of Testament's Low--tone down the thrash and replace it with sheer anger where there wasn't before. Speaking of which, that album is super underrated too, and is actually similar to Persistence of Time in a lot of ways.

Best Anthrax Album. This has the darkest lyrics, the heaviest riffs, and the best overall songwriting. [9] Also one of best of 1990 and better than State Of Euphoria

Y'all down there are saying "darkest lyrics" like that's automatically a good thing. I like Anthrax's whole "clowns of thrash metal" shtick. Sets them apart among the Big Four and all that.
