Biography
Armand de France was born in France in 1973, just next to Saint-Tropez. His parents were very very young when he was born, they were teenagers and the house looked more like a nightclub than a church.
"I remember there was more records than plates in the cupboards."
All his musical education was built around the "Beatles, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Simon & Garfunkel, Black Sabbath, etc", and growing, hard rock, metal and heavy metal will become a passion.
Like most DJs, the 1st time he has put behind the turntables, it was during an evening student in southern France, it was 15 years. It was at that age, he discovered house and acid music.
At that time, it was a new musical revolution that emerged in France.
And it is with all these ingredients music, Armand de France was formed and created his style, electro house and pop. " When I produce my tracks, I always look very instinctively the same thing : energy, freshness, melody, emotion and good vibes, I like a title groove, and it has the raises ".
Armand is not influenced by one or more artists and DJS in particular, it does not leave its system of thought, but he respects and appreciates the many DJs precursors, those who create and those who dare.
Today the music scene is changing fast, and Armand think it will certainly be a disruption musical "some teenagers started to find that the electronic scene, it's music for older people, they are looking for a new lease of life ".
Currently, Armand is in full realization of his album, it should be completed before the end of the year, but you can already listen a first track "I Say Ride On" from the album. This album will contain 14 original titles and no samples! Armand said: "I want to make an album for people who affect me, and women affect me much. For each title, I try to put myself completely in the mind of a woman, a woman who would assume its strengths, weaknesses, hopes, fears and fantasies. But I would also like to put myself in the head of a woman who would be a boy. It is a difficult challenge, maybe I'll end up turning me!"
