Biography
As Sparks Fly Upwards, a one-man-project, was founded in march 2004, after closing the first projects named Cyberdyne Systems (2003) and Comlink (2003-2004). Today we can regard these projects as a kind of "learning-phase" for making the first steps in arranging music and samples. After buying new hardware and changing the software I was able to insert my own vocals and the style of my music changed from instrumental songs with embedded speech-samples to full vocalized songs. Due to this process, the new projectname As Sparks Fly Upwards was born.
The first album "..like tears in rain" was dominated by dark electro songs. To broaden my mind and the repertoire of As Sparks Fly Upwards, I'm working on my 2nd album. Hope we can let the sparks fly … !?!
