While not their best album by a longshot it's definitely not bad...there's plenty of good tracks on the album. They didn't abandon their roots completely if you really listen to it enough. There's still that Asking vibe to most of the songs on the album along with some things they've never tried before. So in all honesty...while I miss the old stuff I can't sit here and say that this album is shit..because it's simply not.

This is softer to all the albums. People are liking this more? I do not get where most bands are going from their roots to softer in 2017, and people are liking it more. Is 2018 Metalcore going to be elevator music next? This is barely considered Metalcore any more. Way too much softness coming from hard bands.

if popcore rulez the world, I'd like to listen to death metal. is BMTH the main cutthroat?

To me it doesn't matter if it's hard or soft, if the music is good then the music is good. While the more popular bands are getting softer, newer bands that release heavy music are constantly forming. Listen to them instead if you want heavy.

Since their previous album is a hit for me, this one...well, I need time to have a digest. But still, better than From Death To Destiny anyway.
