Music, the gateway to expression and spiritual satisfaction. Passion takes a person beyond money and worldly possessions. Genuine ambition, such as this, is what makes Athilon different from the rest. His life became heavily intertwined with music the day he heard the same anger he possessed one man's voice. Ruff Rider's artist, D.M.X., inspired Athilon to release his pain and anger through hip hop, at the age of ten. Going through childhood without a father, both parents addicted to drugs, and family members calling child services, hip hop became his family. Intense rhythmical melodies of sound became his therapeutic process in self-discovery, and healing.
Athilon got his first break with "Da Rubba Band." The group consisted of members Lil J, Normash the karma Sutra, and Athilon. Like most groups, greed and self-preservation becomes a part of an individual's agenda. In other words, 'bad business.' After several disagreements, the group went its seperate ways.
Growing up at rock bottom, there is only oneway to go, up. A man known for taking risks, Athilon moved to Maryland to pursue his dreams. Possessing lyrical content, that makes you think, creativity, and charmatic swagger, his fan base continues to build. Recognized for speaking the truth and not being an artificial imitator, people can relate to his life experiences. Thinking out of the box, Athilon refuses to be reconized as another rapper, in a Florida line up. Instead, as an artist, he is taking his fused styles to the top, along with C.V.E (Crown Vick Entertainment). So keep your ears to the speakers and your eyes on the screen, for the hottest cat around.
