“Losing Grip” is a song by Avril Lavigne, released at the fourth single from "Let Go".
Lyrically, the song finds Lavigne expressing her feelings about being betrayed and ignored by someone she loved, but ultimately realizing she is better off without them in her life.
The song starts off with feelings of sadness and confusing as to why this person doesn’t support her as she would like them to. It then transitions into her expressing that she shouldn’t care about the relationship and expressing her hatred towards this person on how hurt she was by this person.
