In April 28, 2023, Beach House released the 5-track Become EP on streaming platforms. The EP contains outtakes from the Once Twice Melody recording sessions that the band felt like they "did not in the world of Once Twice Melody, but in their own world".
The EP was originally released on a "crystal-clear" record on April 22, 2023, as a Record Store Day exclusive.
