Belly, The Weeknd, and Young Thug team up on “Better Believe,” a track that sees the three artists boasting about their successes in the music industry while calling out their haters for allegedly living fake lifestyles. The song serves as the fourth single to Belly’s third studio album, See You Next Wednesday.
“Better Believe” may have been a throwaway from The Weeknd’s March 2020 chart-topping fourth studio album, After Hours, in which Belly co-wrote most of the tracks on. On March 15, 2021, an earlier version of the song without Young Thug, leaked. Belly revealed the song and its complete details with a snippet on July 19, 2021, revealing Thugger’s contribution, which was previously unknown.
