Ben Vida is also kown as Bird Show and has played in bands such as The Cairo Gang, Joan of Arc, Town and Country, and Soft Circle.
As a solo artist he releases music on labels such as kranky, Root Strata, Autumn, Amish, and in 2012 released the "Esstends-Esstends-Esstends" album on PAN.
