There are at least 2 bands known as Bilby.
1) Bilby is a rapper/producer from Sydney, Australia making a style of hip hop influenced by early 00's emo and post rock. He has released multiple records including 2016's critically acclaimed 'Botanicals' thru Sydney hip hop and dance label, Yes Rave.

2) A slowcore indie pop side-project comprised of 3/4 of Australia's Melbourne band Bidston Moss. They recorded 3 albums, 2 of which were released, during the 2000s on Ramjet Records.
