Increddddibly catchy chorus and a glimpse into some of the more melodic production we'd get on Sway in even better songs like "Light You Up" and "Bleed Out" made this, for me, a rapid favorite and easily the highlight of AMIA. I was hesitant to check this album out for a while based on the lyrics to the title track, but while a couple tracks (namely that one and "The Flight") do have lyrics that are... not good, the rest largely avoids those pitfalls of coming across outright misogynistic -- while still at times having a domestic bitterness to it that makes the whole thing still feel kind of... ugly and voyeuristic, just in a much more compelling way, lol. I'd have this song in that category: the juxtaposition of its uptempo pop melodies with its deeply hateful lyrics makes the latter feel all the more jarring and striking and makes it feel kinda like a train wreck I can't look away from. A pretty train wreck, though. And a really catchy one. I never get tired of this chorus.
