This song reminds me of the first 100 miles on the Californian Freeways back in '79 (last century though) (lol) But it's the drive and the freedome that I saw and heard in my mind these 40 years later. Still as good and strong song. Heyle Bob Seger for his vision and riffs both in his voice and music

From the Summer of 1978,another fine rocker by a great band. There was a period of time;a few years back then where BS & TSBB were the hottest band out there - Constantly touring, putting out dynamite live and studio albums etc. Sandwiched in between Bob's solo gigs. A look up of the word - "Omnipresent" back then and a picture of this band would have been next to it,in my opinion.

Absolutely a real classic - it drives along so well, Bob's voice is perfect, clarity, the lyrics. This must be perfect live as it could just go on and on and on.... and the crowd would love it.

I had the good fortune - during my radio years - to produce a Live From The Record Plant featuring Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band in 1976. It is one of the highlights of my career.
