i remember back when i started with bright eyes, i only listened to this like twice and i thought it was the most boring record they had made. all i would listen to was im wide awake and maybe a bit of lifted (and cassadaga when it came out). now it's my favourite record and i can't understand how i used to think it was boring, this is truly a masterpiece and probably in my top 3 records of all time.

I think it´s my favourite, definitely the first one I fell in love with. It just has so much real emotion.

I can't bring myself to do anything else while listening to this album. Like if I do anything else occupying, it takes away from the meaning of the album. Also, what is this I hear about An Attempt to Tip the Scales not actually being Conor? The interview at the end, I mean.

His darkest piece of work. Also his strongest. The day I grow tired of this album is the day I am no longer Me.
