Imagine layering ten different instruments consisting of guitars, bass guitar, keyboard, saxophone, violin, synthesizers, background vocals etc. in SUCH a way that nothing seems out of place, none of it is extra or unnecessary creating an unpossibly catchy chorus at the end. Who can do that?? How can you do that?? The complex flow and harmony is structured so beautifully I want to cry my eyes out. When the saxophone riff starts mid-song I just go WHO IS Wagner? WHO IS Rachmaninoff? It's Max Martin, bitch. (and Rami Yacoub, obviously) Not to discount the pop princess Britney, with her articulate and powerful vocals she made this song hers, irreplicable by any talented singer out there. 10/10

I really love your passionate comments - but are you sure there's a sax in it? I could only imagine it layered within the pre-chorus, but that wouldn't be enough to call it a riff.
