Capital H is a four-piece band from Toronto, Canada. Drawing from influences that cross numerous genres, they have created a unique sound that is difficult to pin down to one style. In late 2007, friends and longtime band mates, Sam Hargrove and Rich Taylor were discussing their ideas for a punk band where they could work at a rapid pace and be free to experiment with different ideas.
