Biography
All what's been gathered by this band from Girona, CARMEN 113, during the last years is concentrated in their second album "Intenta respirar" (113 Records/El Diablo, 2008). An album created, composed and recorded conscientiously, because this time, CARMEN 113, has been able to spread all their musical charms without any big effort - experience is a degree- and they've managed to capture 12 songs which allowed them to surf with no fear within the waves of the darkest rock reaching even the vitality of hip hop and funk. However, in the end, all this eclecticism converges in one only sound of its own that already was suspected in the first album "Trece historias" and which finally CARMEN 113 have been able to consolidate. The thread of this second work is CARMEN 113's sound maturity, defined and authentic. Something that can be defended as owned and inimitable. Their live shows, conclusive and energetic, have also been consolidated too by making performances all over the country.
