how i'm feeling now is the fourth studio album by British singer Charli XCX, released on 15 May 2020. It was released eight months after her previous LP, Charli. The album was conceived in six weeks during the COVID-19 lockdown through a "do-it-yourself" collaborative process with her fans. The album's executive producers were Charli XCX, A. G. Cook, and BJ Burton. how i'm feeling now was preceded by the singles "forever," "claws," and "i finally understand," which received positive reviews from critics. The album received critical acclaim and was noted for its fusion of pop songwriting and experimental electronic production. It debuted at number 33 on the UK Albums Chart, selling 2,145 units. The album was shortlisted for the 2020 Mercury Prize.
