Biography
Chotokkyu (超特急) also known as Bullet Train is currently a nine-member Japanese boy group under EBiDAN affiliated with STARDUST PROMOTION. Formed on December 25, 2011 and made their CD Debut on June 10, 2012 with single "TRAIN".
The group concept is main dancer and back vocal, where the dancers are dancing in the front while the vocalist is singing in the back. Chotokkyu doesn't have a permanent center. The center of the group will change for each song. Each member has a color and a specific role. They also represent the cars of a train with their numbers. They are diverse in style, but mostly known for their 'lame and cool ' (dasai-kakkoi) style. Chotokkyu is well known with their high entertainment skills and the live performance that is full of unity with their fans (8号車/Car no.8).
In 2018 they won their first award on MAMA2018 in Japan.
