Yeah Eden called all right. Got there and started to shuck my Fruit of the Looms. Gabriel winced and said "Whoa there Pard! With a gut like that, we'd have to kill off every fig tree in the place," Man!, I was so bummed! But at least the Purgatory Safeway carries Haggen Das. And a quart of their Chocolate Almond is a darn sight safer than your spouse coming home with apples she bought off some snake along the side of the road. "Yeah right, It's good for your health." Heard that one before!

Interesting point for those of us using the beta LastFM player with video. Alegria jumps into this big ol' pit full of water Hands to her side, toes pointing straight in. Long flowing dress that's...what?...a bottom hem perfectly down at her ankles, even after she hits the water! OK, I jump a foot on my kid's trampolene and my t-shirt is flappin' up under my arm pits! I know Cirque du Soleil often pushes the bounds of what us mere mortals know of motional physics, but come on! Maybe I'm hallucinating. Kept waking up last night. Wife had her hands around my throat shaking me to know who AlllyeGREEYAAH is.

AlllyeGREEYAAH! dum tee dum, AllyeGREEYAAH! Still listening, still love it. Still dum tee dumming to the tune after these years. Only downside is I haven't heard this in awhile. Probably about 3 a.m. tonight after rolling over, just barely awake, the crap table of my mind will stop on....guess what?...AlllyeGREEYAAH! I'll be dum tee dumming. The dog will be growling, and my beloved wife and co-bed driver will be totally pis...preturbed.

This is the 8th time last.fm has played this track, but it's a different singer this time. How does that work? I don't like this version so much, should I unlove it?

Caught Cirque de Soleil "Mysterie" in Lost Wages (Las Vegas). I don't know who writes their music scores, but they are so, so, good. Even my five year old was humming as we came out of Treasure Island. Just like their music, their shows are wonderfully thought out. It wasn't just the acrobatics as how they put the music, the costuming, and the sights all into one perfectly tailored package. If I had the time, money, and could'a stood the 100 degree (30+ C) heat...at NIGHT! I would'a gone again. Viva Quebec, Viva Cirque Du Solel.

find the one on Youtube, beautiful video too, makes you want to freeze the moment and move in slow motion, graciousely and fluidly, wind, silk, hair, sun and water... And you are right, Bruce, most composers just tune into the stream if they are able to disconnect from the rest if the world and just write down what already exists up there, otsid eof our small 3D world..

Oh come'on folks at the very least it's just a feel good ditty. My Spanish is sooo bad (mal), I'm driving home goin': ....humm humm AllllaaaGREEYAH...dum dum AlllaaaGREEYAH... Remember that prophetic line from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? One kid says: "Candy is so stupid, what's the Point?". And Charlie replies: "It's candy it doesn't have to have one". I suspect the same of music too, it doesn't need a point. I suspect the point of music may be so subtle I miss it completely. And I suspect most composers are unaware of what they create until long after the fact as well. Just a theory.. Ok you hard core NA folk, there's a subliminal thought you can chew over and hang some cosmic meaning to.

anyone else noticed that if last.fm plays this song when you use the radio, it's not the original version of Alegria, but some kind of remix? how can I find it?

Live cat?...Dissected?!! O..M..G! That's a scary mental polaroid which brings back memories. My owner took me to the Vet to remove two cysts down near...Well anyway I've been "off my game" ever since. Just as well, since I was never really "on one" to begin with. Gives me more time to sharpen my claws on the dudes leather sofa anyway. And halleluyah, no more having make up stupid lies to questions like: "Does this make my tail look big?" (True answer: No way it could darlin'! You're big as a 747 already). Actually, I kind'a like the singers voice. Ok, so she's not Janice Joplin, Stevey Knicks, or Roseanne Barr. But it's not like you're not droppin' $150+ for Cirque du Soleil tickets either. Ok, got'a go hide out. Nurse Ratchet accidently laundered her "chest apparel" on extra hot, so she's short 'a breath and in a gemerally foul mood.

Really... Why am I still getting an off-key cover? Please return to original. She sounds like a live cat being dissected.
