Many of Claudine's albums from the sixties, were no longer in issue, or available as a digital download, until recently. Her "Colours" album is one of my all-time favorites. All of her recordings, had very-high production values, and are great 'ear candy'. Her voice lent well to atmospheric, Brazilian saudade composed by Luiz Bonfa, and Antonio Carlos Jobim. Her duet with the legendary jazz producer Tony Li Puma [Who Needs You] is a sexy knock-out. As is her rendition of "For Bobbie (For Baby)" penned by John Denver. Her ultimate collaboration came from her, and Henry Mancini on 'The Party' soundtrack. "Nothing To Lose" is a beautiful, pop shoe-gazer. Cheers!!

Actually I feel the same way about Kahimi Karie. It s just not natural to force that much air through a human windpipe, even if it's in the service of innocuous easy listening music.

I never thought I'd say this about a singer, but her voice is far too breathy for my liking.

The worst English I've ever heard. Why not just sing in French? After all, she really sings great
