It's about as emo as Coldplay. Coheed fans need to listen to real emo and cease being plebs.

there are some post hardcore elements to this album, but tagging it 'emo' is fucking a pinnacle of retardation

I'm inclined to agree. I just classify it as "alternative rock" because that's what it is to me. Don't get me wrong, I love this album but it's not emo.

yeh, i totally agree. i think the reason they sound post-hardcore-ish to me is that the vocals somewhat remind me of at the drive in style

I had no idea he is actually saying "die white girls" in the song "The Camper Velourium III: Al the Killer"

LOL at people who think 21:13 has nothing to do with Rush. Yeah...quite the coincidence there. Claudio said he didn't listen to Rush before the band started, yes, but he certainly knew who they were by the time he wrote that song. Next you'll be saying that "Bron-Yr-Aur" isn't a Zep reference.

re: Camper Velourium, I hadn't even noticed I had them tagged incorrectly as "Velourium Camper" for ages! Maybe that's why the play count is low, others may have it tagged the same.. d'oh.
