There is a band named Commercial, composed of Trevor Kampman and Sean O'Neal, signed to Epitonic Records. Instrumentation includes synthesizers and "an orchestra of xylophones and tubas that's between gigs recording soundtracks for Saturday morning cartoons."
It may also be in incorrect artist tag for the commercials from the Grand Theft Auto series. If so, please do yourself and Last.fm a favour and fix your tags. Various online radio stations like AUPEO also use this as the artist which also may be the cause of incorrect tagging. Unfortunately this is often not solvable aside from paying the said radio station to be free of advertisements if they offer that option.
