Biography
Compson Sound is an electro hop, electro house and mashup DJ swirling his Shanghai, Toronto and Cleveland roots with a college dance aesthetic. Primarily working through apc 40 and Ableton Live 8, he releases all remixes, mashups and live mixes free through Soundcloud, and supports this free distribution through live sets. Compson Sound remixes anything quality, with pickings as diverse as Adele, Passion Pit and Dada Life. Compson Sound draws its name from the Compson family in Faulkner's magnum opus The Sound & The Fury, which the DJ certainly brings.
