Biography
Cooper Kaminsky is a lover of the moonlight and a craftsman of word and sound. His goal is not to create simple music, but to create art. Gathering from topics of love, life, want, need, compassion, and contentment he molds each song into a journey of the mind and heart for listeners everywhere. He is inspired and musically influenced by Andrew Bird, Mumford and Sons, Jason Mraz, Dave Matthews, Fleet Foxes, Cold War Kids, The Avett Brothers, and Patrick Watson. Cooper is based in Denver, CO and Boston, MA where he attends the prestigious Berklee College Of Music. Aside from his solo work, Cooper is a member of the Indie Jamband "Differential Diagnosis," also based in Boston. Cooper has performed at venues such as: Leela European Cafe, Crossroads Theatre, The Mercury Cafe, (Denver) All Asia, and the Berklee Performance Center (Boston.) Cooper Kaminsky blends music, poetry, and performance into a beautiful love affair with art, engaging anyone that chooses to listen.
