Biography
Cyesm starts the programming in 1998 on his simple PC. Very early he gets in contact with other, more traditional, musicians in different combinations (concrete music, ambience…).
In 2000, Cyesm launches Electro Addict Band, a mix of electro funk, theater, and dance, accompanied by a powerful and groovy bass/guitar. His work becomes more personal from the time when MAP was created (2004), a duo of programmers, into trip hop - dub.
Thanks to various collaborations with different kind of artists, the music as well as the desire becomes richer. Cyesm is then, alone, looking for a mix of electronic and acoustic sounds, hybrid machine and all sort of dark and deep instruments that one finds in the cinema.
Still looking for his style, Cyesm explores different styles, and then mixes and interpret them in his way.
It is in this way "Twelve code" was born, a multimedia project together with Benjamin Juhel; Experimental cinema, music between nude-jazz, dub, and trip hop meet, offering an emotionally rich event.
Cyesm is also producer, composer and directs a studio specialized in mixing, mastering and post production. He composes also for short films and commercials…
