Baku is actually on of the few people who are pushing hip-hop scene forwards in Japan, so your comparison to Krush, who belongs in 90´s mostly, is completely unfair.

wtf this guy's terrible. I had high hopes too. He doesn't sound anything like DJ KRUSH, this half-baked instrumental rock hip-hop sounds more like something from an old playstation sports game :/ I only got 6 or so songs into DHARMA DANCE and then gave up. disappoint :/

the new abum isn't quite as good as dharma dance but pretty hot. the cut with shing02 is massive, as would be expected.

i dont know why people say this is the next krush... first off, there will never be a next krush, cuz he's his own man. secondly, i think people are just saying it because its another artist/producer/dj from japan thats makin' it big and hes got a mix of hip hop/electronica... but a lot of people do that. good stuff though.

HearJapan has sadly only three tracks, even though they are all absolutely fantastic, they made me want to hear the LP even more.
