13 June 1972 (age 51)
Grazzhoppa (Dj,Producer,Turntablist) got infected with a hiphop virus in 1984.
After winning several local DJ battles he became EUROPEAN DMC CHAMPION in 1991, BELGIAN CHAMPION I.T.F. in 1998, 3rd in the I.T.F. WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in 1998.
In the late 80's he formed RHYME CUT CORE with rapper TLP, later joined by DENNIS WURL ( jamaica) and SHOWBIZ (UK). They opened for such acts as GANGSTARR, JERU THE DAMAJA, MC MELLO, BLADE, SON OF NOISE AND DISPOSABLE HEROES OF HIPHOPRISY. RHYME CUT CORE were also HUMO'S 1992 ROCK RALLY finalist. They played with VIBES AHEAD ALLIANCE later WIZARDS OF OOZE and with the 18 piece world music band, MARAKBAR.
Through a chance meeting in a Soho record shop in London, DJ GRAZZHOPPA met lyricist BLADE (u.k.). GRAZZ'S unique sound was on the b-side of BLADES 12" "CLEAR THE WAY" entitled "THEY AINT SHIT TO ME". To date, their partnership has produced over 9 records.
In the early nineties, GRAZZ joined forces with MR. GREEDY (u.k.)
GREEDY-FINGERS PRODUCTIONS.
After releasing 4 records they caught the attention of D.C. RECORDINGS
and dropped SHADY SIRENS. This double album features CAGE (usa),
NECRO (usa)M.F.DOOM & MEGALON (usa) on the mic and
TONY VEGAS (u.k.) of the SCRATCH PERVERTS on the cuts.
Next followed the first MONSTA ISLAND CZARS (n.y.) 12" called RUN THE SPHERE
featuring: KONG, RODAN, MEGALON, X-RAY, KD, M.F. DOOM and M.F. GRIMM
with a DISCO DUCK remix on the flip.
DISCO DUCKS, consists of
MR. GREEDY(uk), DJ DOUBLES(uk) ,DJ JUICE(uk),GRAZZHOPPA and SMIMOOZ.
They released the deluxe double album called
BREAKIN GOLDEN EGGS on PROCESS RECORDS (u.k.).
DAVID HOLMES, composer of OCEANS ELEVEN MUSIC, declared,
Its one of my favorite top 10 records ever.
GRAZZ also does cuts for DE PUTA MADRE
and together with SMIMOOZ he's SOLID VS. GREEN .
He also works with groups around R.A.B.( the full crew of the DE PUTA MADRE)
like: LICKWEED (Uman & Krayzee),
ARMADA now KINGSIZE (Lee Manso, Modal,Karim)
and for the solo projects of PEE GONZALES,PROF VIOLET and RAYER .
Another production team is cratediggers, D.V.L., AME & GRAZZ as AFTERHOURS,
they produced 2 DJ battle albums, 3 EPs and numerous mixtapes.
GRAZZ released with local bombing crew DEHAEL four 12inches
and the soundtrack for the comic book PROJECT GROW, created by JAMOZ of JASTA.

In 2003 GRAZZ founded DJ GRAZZHOPPA'S DJ BIGBAND,
featuring DJ'S:LAMONT,MIXMONSTERMENNO,SMIMOOZ,XXL,YZERBEAT
and himself on the turntables, FABRIZIO CASSOL on sax and
MONIQUE HARCUM (usa) on vocals. 6 DJ'S, 7 turntables, 6 mixers ,1 sax and a mic
we're used in this unique project to create more than an hour long live
turntable extravaganza .
In 2004, the madness expanded to 12 DJ's.
The new tablist are
DJ BOULAONE(fr),JAY TO THE CEE,IRON,COURTASOCK,VINDICTIV(nl),OPTIMUS(nl).
And featuring as guest DJ'S CEE BROWN & RASKAL .
So far they sold-out 5 nights at the VOORUIT (ghent) played at DE MUNT (bxl),
MOERS FESTIVAL (ger),JAZZ MIDDELHEIM with AKA MOON(b),LOWLANDS(nl),
AUDITORIUM ROME(i),MANNHEIM(g),PARIS with AKA MOON(fr),
ROSKILDE FESTIVAL(danmark),DUBLIN(ire),MIDDELBURG(nl),LILLE(fr),…
The Bigband sometimes teams up with Jazz trio "AKA MOON "
(Fabrizio Cassol-sax,Stephane Galland-drums,Michel Hatzi-bass)
GRAZZ has set up a record label called CHEEBAWAX,
and released MR.GREEDY'S second EP titled: "YA BITCH GOTTA FULLET"
a 12" by OMNI called "GLOBAL RELATIONS".
CHEEBAWAX is partly involved in the FLOWLIFEBUMZ 12"
soon to be released on Cheebawax = Boula One's album and 12"called "Gri Gri" also keep an eye out for an album by OMNI (from BLX"Bassline Excursionists",L.A.)

REALTABLIST is a turntablist DJcrew set up by DJ LAMONT(b) featuring
DJ'S GRAZZHOPPA, MIXMONSTERMENNO (b), OPTIMUS (nl), VINDICTIV (nl),
and THE REAL DJ REAL (g).
GRAZZ and LAMONT also did a project with the NUUK POSSE from Greenland.
releases are DJ'S FROM EARTH,HI-FI SERIES VOL2,MIXTAPES.
There's a REALTABLIST track on the FLOWLIFEBUMS EP .
They are also the labrats who were involved in the making of and testing of the
SCRATCHBOX ,a turntablist mixer made in belgium by RODEC.
GRAZZ is currently out there with his wife MONIQUE HARCUM (usa) as
"MO & GRAZZ" promoting the album "FALLIN' UPON DEF EARS"
released on Draaischijf in 2006.
Mo is from Philadelphia and has this amazin soulful voice
Together they bring a refreshing mix of soul,funk,r'n'b,hiphop
