Who is Zebra?
Whether under the name DJ Zebra or Zebramix, he built several years based on a unique world of bootlegs (or mash-up) and rock energy.
His path led uncompromising outside the music industry, has emerged as a major player in the French musical landscape. His goal is to continually exceed the limits of a genre became popular with the generation i-pod, and it leads to new paths.
What is Zebra?
It consists of bootlegs (over 400 since 2001), most of which were released by DJs and radio stations worldwide. His classics are "Joey Starr wars" (Joey Starr vs. John Williams), "I love my daddy" (vs. Katerine. Boney M) or "Soul Desire" (Aretha Franklin vs.. Black Desire).
He has his own show rock n’ soul sur Le Mouv’, every Saturday from 19h to 21h.
From 2003 to 2009, he directed the "Zebramix", a flagship of French music radio stations, having first been a great success on Oui FM (with over 4 million podcasts downloaded) and then on Virgin Radio.
It runs a lot since 2004, mainly in concert halls and festivals.
Zebra has become the DJ of the French rock scene, with his decks, his guitar and microphone, or with the addition of singers and guest musicians. They say that its benefits are comparable to those of the best groups, which allowed him to play on big stages and have gained a large audience.
Since 2009, he began a shift with the band Zebra, Hogg & Horns, then ZZEBRAA album "Rock n 'Soul Radio". He composed more songs and original music, like the film "Les Enfants du Nouveau Monde" (in November 2010 on France 2).
