Daníel Ágúst Haraldsson (born August 26, 1969) is an Icelandic experimental / electronica artist, formerly of the bands GusGus and Nýdönsk.
Daniel released his first solo album Swallowed a Star in 2006 on One Little Indian Records to great critical acclaim (reviews available in whole within the blog section of myspace.com/danielagust). He is currently working on a project called Esja with famed Icelandic metal band singer Krummi from Mínus.
Daníel is the former lead singer in GusGus, and has recently rejoined to perform with them around Europe during 2007.
Previously he was in Icelandic band Nýdönsk from 1987 until 1997.
