Biography
Daniel Sankarsingh is a musician from Birmingham, England. His primary instrument of choice is drums, although is known to play guitar and piano aswell as occasional vocals.
He is the drummer of band The Mannequin Republic. He has also been a band member of Platinum with Paul Tandy of Octane OK, The Bleak with Simon Davies of LP45 and Whiskey Train with Steven Keddy and Dave Hartmann of Aces High. He has also played for the likes of Chrome of Def Tex, Taisa, Sparks & Scarce, Sherelle C and Jodie Lawrence. He has initiated the ongoing project The Black Hearts.
Daniel is a member of a musical family and has been in bands with his sisters, Ellena Sankarsingh and Sara Sankarsingh as well as currently playing with his brother, Lorien Sankarsingh. He is also closely related to Julian Heath, Richard Heath and Darren Heath, formerly of The Glory (formerly The Days).
