4 th dec. 1974: Danilo was born in Naples , the celebrated southern Italy town which 20 years later will become a renowned capital of techno music

1986: Danilo starts to play music, studying classic guitar

1991: Danilo starts his DJ career and founds the 'Three Imaginary Boys', the very first underground team of the Naples club life.

1996: A significant seven years experience as a sound engineer starts, providing him a solid technical background that will enrich his future musical production with unmistakable characteristics

1999: Danilo gives birth to his music releasing Sync Mode EP for Informal Records. A very prolific studio work leads Danilo to international awareness, releasing on the well-known speaker attack, primate, conform and genetic labels.

2000: Danilo presents his first record project FROZEN, an innovative and astonishing electro minimal label that gives birth to a very intense Dj work with innumerable showcases around the globe

2001: Zenit releases spread the 'Imaginary Boy ' nickname, derived from the 'Three Imaginary Boys' project

Danilo's tracks appear in the charts of the biggest DJs like Richie Hawtin and Sven Vath (soon Danilo will remix Shock Ralley for Sven, released on Virgin Records in 2003)

2002: Danilo's second label orion muzik appears. Danilo earns the reputation of new phenomenon on the electronic scene, identifying himself with elaborated and refined production techniques more typical of a live set.

Between 2002 and 2003, Danilo releases 29 EPs more about 10 remixes for talented producers

Danilo's tracks appear on the most important international compilations: DRILL, BOLT and AUGER on 'U60311 Compilation: Techno Division Vol. 2' (2002) mixed by Dj Rush; SOUL on 'Fabric 09' (2003) mixed by Slam; FLEX on 'I Love Techno 2003' mixed by Stenny Fransen; ORION 001 on 'Live at Sonar' (2004) by François Kevorkian and KEVIN EP (A1) on 'Carl Cox - Sound Of Ibiza 2004' are just a few evidences of a career at the height of his fame, definitely celebrated with the appearance of the KNAP track on 'Exhibitionist' CD/dvd (2004) by Jeff Mills

2005: the new Intelligence label appears, intended to give space to new and deeper experimentations which demonstrate the ability to invigorate techno sound. Another Imagination EP, released on 21 april 2005, is the first step towards a new era for techno music

2006: IO minimal muzik is Danilo's latest project. Born inside the well popular ORION MUZIK project, IO releases complete ORION MUZIK profile with minimal productions and set the earlier electro minimal inspirations in a new revisited project.

October 2006: a "mysterious" full-black sleeve vinyl crashes the music market and catches everybody's attention for its incredible sound. Already licensed for several compilations, BLACKONE (this the single title) starts a new interesting catalogue by Danilo Vigorito, BLACKLABEL .
