Day Aches is an American Grunge band formed in 2019 by Drew Lambert, Kyle Benson, Brady McGraw, and Mauricio Romero. The Fredericksburg, VA group released their debut EP, One Last Dream Before Dying, on September 19th, 2023 via Really Rad Records.
