Melodic Metalband hailing from Finland. Band was formed 1996 in musical veins of Paradise Lost,Testament,Katatonia and Sentenced. First demo FILTH AND VICE AS THE SEASONS DIE released in 1998. Second demo SUICIDE HYMNS was out in 2000. Denigrate took a part in Finnish movie "Menolippu Mombasaan" in 2001 as acting in the movie and performing the Theme song which was a cover of old Finnish evergreen. The movie was one of the most popular films in 2002. The first official single GUARDIAN(of the bitter sea) was released in 2002, Single EVERYTHING COUNTS and full-length album DISMAL EUPHORIA were released back in 2003 by Warner Music.
