Emerged from the mind of its producer, Big Toxic, Dirty Princess is an band from Madrid whose electro-disko-punk sound combined with their quite disturbing live shows make a perfect combination of image, music and performance. Big Toxic has over a 100 remixes published in Spain. He started working for La Fura dels Baus international theatre group in 1994, and to present date he still collaborates composing the music for their shows. In 1987 he set his own techno record company, Audiodrome, along with his friend Leandro Gmez , while working on Drum&Bass under the name of Smol Tosi.

Nikky Schiller, a vdj/video-artist, started working with him on the visual front creating live shows of techno and drum&bass inspiration. Yasmin, a video-artist and performer, joined the band after having been part of two rock bands in Argentina, "Monte de Venus" and "Cherry mi Pie". In 2004 they created a new record company called Mad Dildo and published their first hit "Jugar al revs" remixed by Roman Flgel and Ai (Teamtendo) with Intergroove in charge of the distribution. By that time they also released a version of Depeche Mode "Pleasure" edited by Diablo record company which finally got included in Subterfuge "Electro Spain" compilation. 2004 is also the year when Radio Nacional of Spain hails them as the best live band and best non-published album.

By the end of the year they get in touch with DJ Hell and finally enter Gigolo Records booking. Last year they published their second (reference)(no s qu queris decir ahi) Mad02 including "Mesca y Lina" and "Going Going". Mesca y Lina was remixed by Miguel Mendoza, Federico Stuart and Big Toxic and Going Going was remixed by The Freelance Hellraiser. The "Dirties" are considered "the goddesses of electronic body trash" causing a commotion wherever they play. Their inspiration draws from a Roman decadence spirit and their shows embody a visual orgy concept difficult to go unnoticed.

They also design their own line of merchandising which includes T-shirts, G-strings, knickers worn by the two girl members of the band, leather bracelets and condoms. At the moment they are about to launch a DVD with scenes from "Body Control Tour 2003-2005" filmed in the best clubs of Europe during their tour, along with intimate footage of what goes on behind closed doors when they are backstage. Dirty Princess plays their own visual work in their concerts, some of these videos have been exhibited in museums like Bumbo Arts in LA, and festivals like Coldcreation in Barcelona, PhotoNY, ProgME in Brasil, Standart and Arco in MAdrid as pieces of art in their own right. Now it's time for " Girls on tour" to take off with forceful songs, hard sounds and even dirtier images… this band is planning to give no respite. Stay tuned…
