This track is generally considered to be about the 1992 Rodney King-riots in South Central, Los Angeles, one of the most violent race riots in the history of the United States. It contains vocal samples of interviews recorded with angered African-Americans expressing their disillusion with the racial and social politics of the United States, and indeed the world, at the time. These are taken from the documentary 'Birth of a Nation: 4x20x92'.
