Ekto-One was an English electronic solo act, from the city of Bristol, in the South-West of England.
The project began in early 2009.
The first collection of tunes, ''Mauer,' draws inspiration from a variety sources, primarily minimalist and dirty IDM, with a particular emphasis on the GDR..
Ekto-One officially disbanded as of May 2010.
