I don't know why, but I just can't bring myself to like Elton John's voice. Something about his voice, I just don't like. Same goes for Bob Dylan. These two guys can't sing for shit. I do, however, enjoy the music; just not the vocals.

To compare Elton John's voice to Bob Dylan's is an absolute disgrace. Elton John is an incredible singer.

...SLOW DOWN JOE, I'M A ROCK'N'ROLL MAN... (Holiday Inn / Madman Across The Water). What a song! What lyrics! Music at a whole was more important than MTV. That was before Elton John became lost in his pop 80's world.

This is totally my favorite EJ album - not a single poor track from beginning to end - all of them excellent!
