"You're Crashing, But You're No Wave" is the thirteenth track on Fall Out Boy's 2007 album Infinity on High. The courtroom-inspired song has been confirmed to be partly based on the trial of Fred Hampton, Jr., who was convicted of arson in the aftermath of the acquittal of the police officers who beat Rodney King. “You’re Crashing, But You’re No Wave” laments the aspects of the legal system that are dependent on the financial and political power of the individuals involved.
To date, the song has only been played once internationally.
