Os First Class Tragedy surgiram em 2009, indo buscar influências ao Hardcore e Metal criando assim sons agressivos e pesados misturados com partes melódicas, voz agressiva e esperança que transmitem a revolta que muitas vezes sentimos dentro de nós com aquilo que por vezes se passa à nossa volta. Não temos um "rótulo" como banda, nem tão pouco um estilo de sonoridade fixo, simplesmente estamos a fazer aquilo que gostamos e que nos dá prazer, por isso é natural o amadurecimento do nosso som mas acreditamos que nunca iremos fugir da mensagem que realmente queremos passar para fora onde sabemos que um futuro melhor para todos pode ser alcançado através da amizade, união e fé nos outros. Em 2010 e 2011 pisamos vários palcos e partilhamos com algumas bandas mais conhecidas como, Hills Have Eyes, My Cubic Emotion, Devil In Me, Beautiful Venom, Bless The Oggs, entre outros. A 25 de Dezembro de 2011 lançamos o nosso EP de estreia "Reaching Hope", produzido pelo Vasco Ramos (More Than A Thousand), gravado e mixado no Poison Apple Studios pelo Tiago Candas que ainda contou com a participação do Fábio Batista dos Hills Have Eyes numa música. Em finais de 2011 houve uma alteração de baterista, saindo o Daniel Almeida e para o seu lugar entrou o Tiago André. Com este novo line-up os First Class Tragedy olham para o futuro com nova força e vontade de seguir o caminho até aqui traçado.

The First Class Tragedy appeared in 2009, going to get to the hardcore and metal influences creating sounds aggressive and mixed with heavy melodic, aggressive voice and hope to convey the anger that often we feel within us with what sometimes happens in our back. We do not have a "label" as a band, nor a fixed style of sound, we are simply doing what we like and that gives us pleasure, so it is natural maturation of our sound but we believe that we will never truly escape the message that we want to pass out where we know a better future for all can be achieved through friendship, unity and faith in others. In 2010 and 2011 stepped multiple stages and share a few best-known bands such as Hills Have Eyes, My Cubic Emotion, Devil In Me, Beautiful Venom, Bless The Oggs, among others. The December 25, 2011 we released our debut EP "Reaching Hope," produced by Vasco Ramos (More Than A Thousand), recorded and mixed at Studios Poison Apple by Candas James still had the participation of Fabio Batista Hills Have Eyes on a song. In late 2011 there was a change of drummer, leaving Daniel Almeida and his place went to James Andrew. With this new line-up to First Class Tragedy look to the future with renewed strength and willingness to follow the path traced so far.
