Biography
Franky Manzo,a veteran performer, was born in Houston, TX. She started dancing and entertaining at a very early age. She got her first big break as a dancer for Solange Knowles and Destiny’s Child when she was only 17 years old.
Shortly thereafter, she moved to Los Angeles and quickly became well known as one of the premiere dancers in Los Angeles. She went on to dance for Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, Jump 5, Glee, iCarly, Big Time Rush and many more. In the midst of her success, she received her B.S. in Biology with high honors from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
However, because of her vocal and lyrical talents, she knew she was meant for the spotlight and joined the band, Darling Stilettos (created by Matt Sorum of Guns N’ Roses). While in the band, Franky co-produced/co-wrote Maudlin Strangers’ self-titled album as a side project.
After splitting from the group, Franky was approached by producer Michael Binikos to consider a solo project. After months of writing together "MJ's Coursing" was born. "This song encompasses everything I wanted in my first song because of my love for Michael Jackson and the era of disco I heard as a child from my mom.” It is a perfect compliment of style and substance. Franky is an amazing talent that the elite in Hollywood already know. Now it's time for the rest of the world to discover her.
