Come to think of it, deleted user, err, whomever you are, he's kind of like a cross between Debussy and Elgar. I was listening to "Over the Hills and Far Away" on the radio (WQXR) about a week or two ago and I noticed that the main melody was pentatonic. And it was kind of atmospheric. But it was orchestrated and harmonized more in the manner of Elgar than Debussy.
