Fussible is Pepe Mogt from Tijuana, Mexico, whose influences and musical backgrounds stem from traditional Mexican music and electronic industrialism, noise, Funk and techno. He is part of the ensemble that goes by the name of Nortec Collective releasing work from 1999 on.
