Really been digging this album lately. I like the themes in the songs. Feels really physical.

Can't believe this album is over ten years old now. I wasn't as enthralled with this one as I was with the first 3, but it still ended up among my favorite LPs of 2005. :)

I think Garbage lost their mystique with this album and stripped things down a little TOO much... If Garbage's discography were a family, Bleed Like Me would be the naïve, bratty teenage daughter. Maybe that's the point but I don't think so... You'd expect Garbage to avoid remedial songwriting and clichés (especially when it comes to dark topics) but unfortunately they don't here.

After disappointing Beautiful Garbage, this one really blew my mind. A true comeback in style to first two albums, which I adore. A riff from "right between the eyes" became my cell phone ring and it constantly reminds me to f*ck whoever wants to f*ck with me (in a figurative sense of course)

How can people not dig on this album? I loved Garbage in middle/high school, but it's incredibly rare that I listen to their former albums nowadays. But this one--the whole album has a unified feel of 'bubblegum grunge', if that's even possible. It's a fresh sound for them, and it rekindled my [nostalgic] love.
