Biography
Grace Read is a singer/songwriter from "The Woods," New Hampshire, who primarily plays the electric piano. Her live shows are intimate and fun, and though she comes across as being very shy, her stage presence is that of a pro. She often talks to the audience between songs, cracking jokes and poking fun at herself. Her favorite movie is Flight of the Navigator, and she prefers Star Trek over Star Wars.
In Summer of 2007, she toured with Jesse Lacey (of Brand New) and Kevin Devine.. The three performed separate sets, but Grace contributed to many of the other artists' songs, such as Kevin Devine's "Brooklyn Boy" and Jesse Lacey's "Play Crack the Sky."
