Biography
Grizzzzy Bear is an immense robotic machine elegantly designed to purify the air we breath. It resides on an island off the coast of Ceasar's Creek where thousands upon thousands of volunteer workers keep him functioning. The machine stands just shy of 6 kilometers, looming over the city of Dayton, Ohio. The locals love, and take pride in the machine. When the machine is "well-oiled", as the volunteers put it, Grizzzzy Bear pulls in an extremely large amount of air particles into the core ventilation system. They then travel down the main shaft and into what is lovingly referred to as "the Stomach Brain". The particles are then broken down into components which are then analyzed by synthetic lazers. Once they are broken down they are then seperated into two groups; the good and the bad. Grizzzzy Bear then blows out the good, leaving the bad behind. An unusual byproduct of this cleansing process can be heard throughout the Dayton valley: Music! No one knows where the sounds originate from, but some speculate that an undiscovered organic core rests somewhere in the giant machine. Over time, the citizens installed giant speakers in the chest of the machine to further accomidate its additional functions. This filtration system has twisted and evolved into a modern musical barometer of sorts. At the moment its output blends electronic pop music with elements of punk rock, reminding the Daytonians of a time when music was catchy and immediate at the same time.
