Biography
Rising from the Atlanta local scene in 1997, Groove Stain climbs to the top of the rock reggae scene while touring regionally to support their 2007 self titled album. The band fuses arena ready guitar riffs, honest, from the heart lyrics, heart stopping horn lines, booming drums and bass, to evoke a satisfying musical gumbo that converts almost everyone who hears them instantly to fans.
Over the past decade, Groove Stain has shared the stage with a large list of national and international touring actss such as Ludacris, Eek a Mouse, Long Beach Dub Allstars, SOJA, Kottonmouth Kings, Phunk Junkies, Rehab, Heavy Mojo, The Expendables, and The Toasters to name a few. The band will follow the paths laid by these artists with their "DIY" agenda branding themselves globally.
Currently Groove Stain is working on a new album with Grammy award winning producer and mix engineer Juan Covas in conjunction with self titled engineer Noah Hammerle. The band continues to churn out seriously inspired creations that will influence the musical landscape for years to come.
